The Myriam Carmelle Augustin Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Myriam Carmelle Augustin Memorial Scholarship was established to honor the memory of Myriam Augustin, who passed away in June 2021, following a valiant fight with ovarian cancer. Each year, a $1,000.00 scholarship will be awarded to one promising Haitian female high school senior attending a New York City public school (any status: TPS, Resident, DACA, Dreamer, etc.). The selectee will be a well-rounded high school senior who demonstrates a significant commitment to community service. Apply Here

The Jean Michel Magloire Scholarship Fund
Staff Sergeant Jean Michel Magloire emigrated from Haiti to the United States. Shortly thereafter, he enlisted in the U.S. Army. He served in Germany, Kuwait, and Iraq, demonstrating his skills as a leader during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Throughout his military career, he exemplified the importance of academic excellence, always striving to further his education. In honor of Staff Sergeant Jean Michel Magloire, this scholarship recognizes one student of Haitian descent who demonstrates academic excellence, outstanding leadership, and a determination to succeed.
